Assembly : 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier

Ground :Kimmeridgian Clay, Limestone
Nose : Opens with apple and pear, with some brioche notes.
Mouth : Honey, wedge, apricot and hazelnut are added
Food/Wine Pairing :large reception, fish pizza, pan-fried veal chop, savory and sweet petit fours.
