Nose: Notes of dried fruit, hazelnuts, cocoa, yellow fruits like mirabelle plum.
Mouth: Vinous, the tannins are very present.
Food/Wine Pairing: Dinner aperitif, rabbit with chanterelles, caramelized pork.
