Cuvée Légende

A champagne for all occasions, this vintage appears slightly evolved, gourmet and festive.

Assembly : 60% Pinot Noir,30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier

Dosage: 9gr/l - Brut & Semi-dry

Ground :Kimmeridgian Clay limestone

​

Nose :Opens with apple and pear, with some brioche notes.

Mouth : Honey, wedge, apricot and hazelnut are added.

Food/Wine Pairing: fish pizza, pan-fried veal chops, sweet petits fours.

Cuvée Délicate

Its elegance, finesse and beautiful balance make it delicate.

Assembly : 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir

Dosage: 9gr/l - Raw

Ground :Kimmeridgian Clay limestone

Nose :

Mouth : Notes of grapefruit, citrus, pears, white fruits.

Food/Wine Pairing: sushi, seafood platters, asparagus risotto, chicken curry.

Cuvée Rosé

It has a color with raspberry highlights, in harmony with a nose full of red fruits.

Assembly : 100% Pinot Noir

Dosage: 9gr/l - Raw

Ground :Kimmeridgian Clay limestone

Nose :Opens with aromas of small red fruits

Mouth : Notes of redcurrants and strawberries, red fruits.

Food/Wine Pairing: Original aperitif, chili con carné, chocolate soufflé, strawberry.

Blanc de Noirs

Representative of our main grape variety in the Côte des Bar, it is composed only of Pinot Noir.

Assembly : 100% Pinot Noir

Dosage: Extra-Brut

Ground :Kimmeridgian Clay limestone

Nose :Notes of dried fruit, hazelnuts, cocoa, yellow fruits like mirabelle plum.

Mouth : Vinous, the tannins are very present.

Food/Wine Pairing: Dinner aperitif, rabbit with chanterelles, caramelized pork.

Blanc de Blancs


Rich, subtle and complex white wine
 

Assembly : 80% chardonnay, 20%Pinot blanc.

Dosage: Extra-Brut

Ground :Kimmeridgian Clay limestone

Nose :White fruits, pears, honey, lemon, fruit jellies.

Mouth : Very fresh attack on the palate.

Food/Wine Pairing: shellfish, foie gras, lamb tagine with honey, chicken with prawns.
