Plot, single-varietal Pinot Blanc, an old grape variety coming only from a “La Croix aux Curés” plot.
Assembly : 100% Pinot Blanc
Dosage:Brut nature, 1.13gr/l
Ground :Kimmeridgian Clay limestone
Nose :Floral, fruity, white flowers
Mouth : Expressive and greedy.
Food/Wine Pairing: Aperitif, fish tartare, white truffle risotto, pear charlotte, apple crumble

One and only year. This vintage will accompany you throughout a meal;
Assembly : 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay
Dosage: 2013: 10 gr/l
Ground :Kimmeridgian Clay limestone
Nose :Very fine, discreet, mineral, honeyed, with brioche, smoked, candied fruit notes.
Mouth : Stewed fruits.
Food/Wine Pairing: Aperitif, oysters gratinated with Chaource, Champagne stew, Chinese cuisine, Christmas log.
